GMB Hip Strength and Mobility Routine

I should do the Hip Strength & Mobility routine more often, as I felt great afterwards.  While the article does not mention sets or reps, in the Youtube video comments, in response to viewer questions, GMB does stated that up to 10 reps of a strength move is fine, and do as many sets as what makes you feel good.

The next Vitamin session revisits the Pilot Freeze, which is fairly demanding on the shoulders and wrists.  I'm going to wait until Wednesday at earliest to do the session.  My shoulders are still feeling beat up from this week's experiments with Pike Pull Through, Arch Pullup, etc. and they could use more rest.
